Layin' Low is a soft matte creamy-beige color with subtle peach undertones. You can also use a MAC 217 or any creamy eyeshadow brush to apply the paint pot but it does not spread evenly the way it does with fingers. I prefer applying Pro Longwear paint pot on the lids with my fingers as the heat melts down the formula and it glides easily. It does dry down completely into a matte texture within 60 secs. This does not mean that you can apply it with your own time.
